智通财经APP讯，谊砾控股(00076)公布，公司的全资附属公司谊砾石墨有限公司于2025年5月20日与 Goldpay Limited(Goldpay)和澳门莲花卫视传媒有限公司(莲花卫视)已订立商业合作合约。根据该合约，子公司将担任顾问方、Goldpay 则担任发行方，发行一款实用代币性质的加密货币，该实用代币的使用区域和服务对象为莲花卫视所用卫星覆盖的国家和那些地区的用户。用户可用此实用代币兑换莲花卫视的广告时段，在莲花卫视 24 小时播出的 web3 专题节目中成为特约赞助商，以及在莲花俱乐部商场里购买商品。
董事局认为，结合人工智能的业务和加密货币使用已是大势所趋。然而，子公司涉及的顾问工作仅限于在区块链的技术问题以及实用代币的应用场景事宜，此项目未来对集团的贡献尚未能确定。
