【中联重科：拟以公开竞价摘牌方式收购北京租赁控股权】金十数据5月20日讯，中联重科晚间公告，公司拟通过公开竞价摘牌方式分别参与兴湘集团、迪策投资挂牌转让的中联重科融资租赁（北京）有限公司45%、36%股权，挂牌转让底价分别为9.04亿元、7.23亿元。交易完成后，公司持有北京租赁股权比例由19%上升至100%，北京租赁成为公司全资子公司，纳入公司合并报表范围。公司此次收购北京租赁控股权有利于强化产融协同能力，形成“设备+服务”的一揽子解决方案，打通设备全生命周期服务，助力公司提升产品、服务竞争力，也有助于客户业务的持续开发。
