蓝鲸新闻5月23日讯（记者 金磊 朱荻）5月23日，中国人民银行重庆市分行行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，重庆海尔小额贷款有限公司因违反信用信息采集、提供、查询相关管理规定，被罚款48万元。张某（时任重庆海尔小额贷款有限公司数字科技部大数据总监）对上述违法行为负有责任，被罚款7.1万元。
工商信息显示，重庆海尔小额贷款有限公司为重庆海尔云链科技有限公司的全资子公司，重庆海尔云链科技有限公司则是海尔集团（青岛）金盈控股有限公司的全资子公司，均为海尔集团成员企业。
海尔集团（青岛）金盈控股有限公司为海尔金控的运营主体，对外投资还包括北大方正人寿保险有限公司、海尔融资租赁股份有限公司和海尔金融保理（重庆）有限公司等。
海尔集团（青岛）金盈控股有限公司年报显示，2024年实现营业收入126.18亿元，同比增长55.78%；实现净利润27.08亿元，增幅0.97%。
