智通财经APP讯，上海医药(601607.SH)发布公告，近日，公司下属上海禾丰制药有限公司(简称“上药禾丰”)的重酒石酸去甲肾上腺素注射液(规格：1ml:2mg;以下简称“该药品”)收到国家药品监督管理局颁发的《药品补充申请批准通知书》(通知书编号：2025B02097)，该药品通过仿制药一致性评价。
重酒石酸去甲肾上腺素注射液主要用于某些急性低血压状态(例如铬细胞切除术、交感神经切除术、脊髓灰质炎、脊髓麻醉、心肌梗死、败血症、输血和药物反应)的血压控制。作为心脏骤停和严重低血压的辅助治疗手段。对血容量不足导致的休克，本品作为急救时补充血容量的辅助治疗，以使血压回升，暂时维持脑与冠状动脉灌注，直到补充血容量治疗发生作用;也可用于心跳骤停复苏后血压维持。重酒石酸去甲肾上腺素注射液由HOSPIRA研发，最早于1950年在美国上市。
