消息面上，滔搏发布截至2025年2月28日止年度全年业绩，收入270.13亿元(人民币，下同)，同比减少6.64%，受消费需求疲软及线下客流持续下滑影响；权益持有人应占溢利12.86亿元，同比减少41.89%；拟派发末期股息每股2分及特别股息每股12分。
另外，滔搏发布公告称，于2024/25财政年度第四季度，集团零售及批发业务的总销售金额按年同比取得中单位数下跌。截至2025年2月28日，直营门店毛销售面积较上一季末减少8.0%，较去年同期减少12.4%。
