智通财经APP获悉，贝克微(02149)再涨超7%，截至发稿，涨7.64%，报51.45港元，成交额1100.16万港元。
消息面上，贝克微近日公布，拟配售最多300万股新Ｈ股，配售价每股40港元，较上一交易日收盘价44.65港元折价约10.41%，配售事项所得款项净额约1.17亿港元，拟用于增加对上游制造资源的投资，包括但不限于自建晶圆厂及加强与现有晶圆厂合作；及其他一般营运资金。
招银国际此前指出，贝克微专注于工业级模拟芯片细分市场，需求多元且长尾化，同时竞争相对较小（与消费级模拟芯片市场相比）。预计贝克微在2025-27年的收入增速将达到27-33%，净利率将维持在28%左右。重申“买入”评级，目标价上调至69.5港元。
