据 Decrypt，英国上诉法院驳回了 Bitcoin SV（BSV）投资者对 Binance 提起的 133 亿美元集体诉讼的主要部分，投资者称 Binance 2019 年下架 BSV 导致其失去增长潜力。法院裁定，“错失增长效应”理论过于投机，投资者有责任通过公开市场减损，且“机会损失”主张不适用法律。诉讼由 BSV Claims Limited 代表 24 万英国投资者发起，还针对 Kraken、ShapeShift 等交易所。
