消息面上，碧桂园发布公告称，现有公众票据本金总额逾70%的持有人已经加入重组支持协议。公司明白众多其他债权人支持建议重组，并正进行内部程序以加入重组支持协议。公司正行使其酌情权将早鸟重组支持协议同意费用限期由2025年5月23日下午五时正延长至2025年6月6日下午五时正；及一般重组支持协议同意费用限期由2025年6月6日下午五时正延长至2025年6月20日下午五时正。所有已呈交的加入函将维持有效。
