智通财经APP获悉，新城发展(01030)现跌超3%，截至发稿，跌3.11%，报1.87港元，成交额2751.85万港元。
消息面上，今日盘中有媒体报道称，新城发展正考虑在境内发行担保债券，以筹集15至20亿元人民币资金。此举旨在优化公司资本结构并支持业务扩展需求。据悉，本周二已有报道称，新城发展管理层本周将先后在香港和新加坡与投资者举行会议，就潜在的美元债发行计划进行沟通。惟目前未清楚交易细节。
值得注意的是，新城发展24年业绩显示，持续经营业务营业额892.27亿元人民币，同比减少25.31%；股东应占溢利4.91亿元，同比减少44.12%。美银证券此前表示，该公司的流动性近期仍存在不确定性。截至2024年底公司现金水平为106亿元人民币，而2025年债券到期规模为80亿元人民币，新增经营性贷款是新城能否偿还现有到期债务的关键。
