建设规模与内容：规划建设共享储能电站容量为300MW/1200MWh，配套建设1座220kV 升压站，本体共分为120套2.5MW/5MWh储能子系统，每套储能系统含2套储能子系统（磷酸铁锂电池系统）、1套PCS中压一体机构成。每个储能子系统配套建设1台35kv升压箱变，共采用4回35kV集电线路，集电线路采用穿管敷设与电缆沟支架敷设结合方式。

招标范围：项目EPC总承包，完成本项目勘察、设计、采购、施工总承包直至安装调试、竣工验收合格及整体移交，完成并配合相关部门结算、工程保修等工作。（具体内容详见第五章发包人要求）

建设地点：石家庄市井陉矿区贾庄镇工业大道西段北侧（原神池洗煤厂内）。

计划工期：365天，以开工令为准。
