1040 ET - Target CFO Jim Lee on an earnings call says the retailer will recommend to the board that it authorize a small increase in the quarterly dividend later this year. The company may also look to repurchase shares later in the year following a temporary moderation in tariffs. Target notes it didn't repurchase any shares in April given broad uncertainty regarding the magnitude and timing of potential tariffs. (denny.jacob@wsj.com; @pennedbyden)
