Kimly's Subsidiary Exercises Option to Purchase Singapore Coffee Shop

Kimly's (SGX:1D0) wholly owned subsidiary, Choh Dee (Y110) Food House, exercised an option to purchase a coffee shop in Singapore from Chan Siew Wah, Chan Chee Wah and Chue Fong Oi, according to a Thursday filing with the Singapore Exchange.

Total purchase consideration for the acquisition is SG$11 million.

The property has a strata floor area of 358 square meters and has a 91-year leasehold tenure, which commenced Jan. 1, 1994.
