临沂市新城热力集团有限公司祊河以南城区供热管网工程-穿越柳青河、孝河工程于2025年5月27日开始施工，为确保道路交通安全和施工顺利进行，根据《中华人民共和国道路交通安全法》等法律的有关规定，决定对柳青河东路（南昌路至西安路）部分路段及下穿匝道、柳青河西路（南昌路至西安路）部分路段及下穿匝道，进行分段全幅封闭施工，现将有关事项公告如下:

一、施工范围：

第一阶段：柳青河西路与南昌路交会至北100m道路及南昌路桥下匝道全幅临时封闭。

第二阶段：柳青河东路与南昌路交会至北100m道路及南昌路桥下匝道全幅临时封闭。

二、施工时间：

施工工期为2025年5月27日至2025年6月10日；

三、绕行方案：

封闭施工时，受限车辆可通过南昌路(长沙路）—孝河路—西安路—沭河路绕行。

四、注意事项

1、施工期间，车辆减速通过，车辆及行人注意安全，严格按照交通标识指示和现场人员指挥，服从管理，有序通行。

2、请广大交通参与者理解、支持，确保安全、有序、通畅，提前做好准备，合理选择出行路线，尽量避让施工路段，减轻施工场地周边交通压力。

因施工封闭道路给广大市民朋友造成不便之处，敬请谅解。
