智通财经APP讯，日本共生(00627)公布，预期该集团于2024年取得净亏损约10.35亿-10.45亿元，而2023年净亏损约6.867亿元。
公告称，预期取得净亏损乃主要由于集团于报告年度的预期亏损总额不少于约人民币2.01亿元，而本集团于过往年度的亏损总额为约人民币 2.349亿元;于报告年度内诉讼及税务附加费拨备约人民币1.417亿元，而过往年度并无取得相关拨备;集团于报告年度取消合并附属公司取得收益约人民币7.824亿元，而过往年度取得亏损约人民币6910万元;集团于报告年度的融资成本为约人民币2.135亿元，而集团于过往年度的融资成本为约人民币4.92亿元;集团的预期信贷亏损拨备为约人民币11.928亿元，而于过往年度则为约人民币6.08亿元;及视作出售一间附属公司亏损约人民币3950万元，而过往年度并无取得有关亏损。
