　　此次股票交易发生于周二和周三，每股成交价格介于125.26至127.70美元之间。完成抛售后，卡普仍持有约643万股Palantir股票，按周四收盘价计算价值约7.87亿美元。

　　备案文件表明，这批股票出售与一系列自动股票抛售计划有关，旨在兑现限制性股票单位时履行必要的税务扣缴义务。

　　这家总部位于丹佛的公司其他高管也同步减持股票。首席技术官尚卡尔（Shyam Sankar）抛售了价值约2100万美元的Palantir股票，而联合创始人兼总裁斯蒂芬-科恩（Stephen Cohen）则减持了价值约4350万美元的股票。
