智通财经APP讯，港娱国际(08291)发布公告，于2025年4月28日(交易时段后)，本公司订立配售函，本公司有条件同意认购合共938万股励时(01327)股份，认购价为每股0.15港元，惟须受配售函所载条款及条件规限。
于完成前，本公司为励时集团现有股东，持有其现有已发行股份约0.9%。有鉴于励时股份近期的市场价格，本集团认为本次认购事项是一个以具吸引力估值增持励时集团股份的宝贵机会。此外，董事会认为认购事项亦可为本集团提供进入高利润奢侈品分部的宝贵机会，包括可为本公司与励时集团创造协同效益的优质包装解决方案等领域的策略合作。
