智通财经APP讯，新明中国(02699)发布公告，一份日期为2025年5月15日有关确认股本削减的命令副本以及法院批准的会议记录(其中包含公司法所要求的有关股本削减的详细信息)已提交至开曼群岛公司注册处。
据此，通函所载有关实施股本重组的所有其他先决条件均已达成。股本重组将于2025年5月26日(星期一)(香港时间)生效，而经调整股份的买卖将于2025年5月26日(星期一)上午九时正(香港时间)开始。公司股票证书的颜色将由灰色更改为黄色。
