智通财经APP讯，希玛医疗(03309)发布公告，由于董事会主席、执行董事兼行政总裁林顺潮医生希望将更多时间投放于临床工作以及眼科技术和新科技的研发，故已提呈辞任主席、执行董事兼行政总裁一职，自2025年6月1日起生效。辞去上述职务后，林医生将继续于公司任职，其将作为眼科医生向集团的病人提供医疗服务，并作为公司高级顾问向集团提供意见，自2025年6月1日起生效。
高永文医生已获委任为独立非执行董事、董事会副主席及提名委员会成员，而李令翔先生已获委任为独立非执行董事、薪酬委员会成员及审核委员会成员，自2025年6月1日起生效。
公司副主席兼独立非执行董事欧阳伯权博士，获委任为董事会主席，自2025年6月1日起生效。
公司执行董事李肖婷女士获委任为董事会副主席兼公司行政总裁，自2025年6月1日起生效。
殷可先生将不再为审核委员会成员;李先生将获委任为审核委员会成员;李女士及马照祥先生将不再为薪酬委员会成员;殷先生及李先生将获委任为薪酬委员会成员;马先生及殷先生将不再为提名委员会成员;及李女士及高医生将获委任为提名委员会成员，自2025年6月1日起生效。
