金吾财讯 | 据港交所5月23日披露，福瑞泰克(浙江)智能科技股份有限公司向港交所主板提交上市申请，中信证券、中金公司、华泰国际、汇丰为联席保荐人。公司是是驾驶辅助解决方案供应商，致力于通过与OEM客户的开放且深入的合作，为终端用户提供安全、舒适且智能的驾驶体验。公司已成为中国驾驶辅助解决方案国产替代及广泛部署的推动者。截至2024年12月31日，公司已与49家OEM建立业务合作伙伴关系，并拥有累计超过330个定点项目及累计超过260个量产项目，覆盖多样化且不断增长的车型。公司已成为多家顶级OEM信赖的供应商，根据灼识咨询的资料，以中国2024年L0级至L2级(包括L2+级)驾驶辅助解决方案收入计，公司在第三方自主供应商中排名第二，市场份额为7.2%，而以中国2024年L2级及L2+级驾驶辅助解决方案装车量计，公司在第三方自主供应商中排名第二，市场份额为17.7%。财务方面，于2022年、2023年、2024年截至12月31日止年度，公司收入分别约为3.28亿元(人民币，下同)、9.08亿元、12.83亿元；对应同期，年内亏损分别为8.55亿元、7.38亿元、5.28亿元。
