智通财经APP讯，LHN(01730)公布，该公司通过其间接全资附属公司Coliwoo Holdings Pte. Ltd.，已于2025年5月21日订立协议以剥离其于一家附属公司的全部股权，该附属公司拥有位于115 Geylang Road, Singapore 389218的物业。有关股份将出售予房地产开发公司CWL Properties Pte. Ltd.，代价为2580万新加坡元。扣除尚未偿还的银行贷款及相关成本后，估计所得款项净额将约为1070万新加坡元。
该交易涉及CWL Properties Pte. Ltd.收购Emerald Properties Pte. Ltd.(该集团的间接全资附属公司，为115 Geylang Road物业的注册拥有人)的100%股权。
该集团于2021年收购115 Geylang Road物业，自此一直将该物业作为酒店运营。董事会认为该出售事项属有利，原因是所得款项净额预期将增强集团的现金流状况，为业务提供额外的营运资金。
