Oyster Enterprises II Acquisition Prices Upsized $220 Million IPO

Oyster Enterprises II Acquisition said late Wednesday it priced its upsized initial public offering of 22 million units at $10 per unit, raising $220 million.

The blank-check firm said the units, which include one Class A ordinary share and one right to receive one-tenth of a Class A share upon completion of a business combination, will begin trading Thursday on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol 'OYSEU'.

After separation, the shares and rights will trade under 'OYSE' and 'OYSER', respectively, the company said, adding that the offering is expected to close on Friday, with underwriters holding a 45-day option to purchase up to an additional 3.3 million units to cover overallotments.
