Dolly Varden Silver (DVS) said Friday that it has completed the acquisition of the Porter Project in British Columbia's mineral-rich Golden Triangle.
Dolly said the acquisition includes 15 contiguous claims and 46 crown grants totaling 3,192 hectares.
Dolly said it completed the acquisition from Strikepoint Gold for $1.1 million by issuing 295,699 shares at $3.72 per share.
