智通财经APP讯，裕丰昌控股(08631)发布公告，本公司已获本公司控股股东(定义见GEM上市规则)香港裕丰昌有限公司(控股股东)告知，其已于2025年5月22日以本公司执行董事罗名译先生(承押人)为受益人订立股份押记协议(股份押记)，据此，本公司的2556.3万股普通股(押记股份)已以承押人为受益人进行押记，以取得承押人向控股股东发放的贷款。
于本公布日期，控股股东拥有本公司总计2.556亿股份，占本公司已发行股本的约63.91%。于本公布日期，押记股份占本公司已发行股本的约63.91%。上述股份押记不属于GEM上市规则第17.19条的范围。
