PCB Bancorp (PCB) said Friday it received a Nasdaq noncompliance notice over its delayed Q1 Form 10-Q filing.
The company was unable to file the report for the quarter ended March 31 with the US Securities and Exchange Commission by the required deadline, putting it out of compliance with listing rules.
Nasdaq has given the company until July 20 to submit a plan to regain compliance.
PCB Bancorp said it expects to file the report as promptly as practicable and before that deadline.
