周五，两名美国参议员呼吁司法部就两起737 MAX致命空难引发的刑事欺诈案起诉波音公司，并拒绝允许该飞机制造商通过暂定协议逃避认罪的安排。

　　民主党参议员伊丽莎白-沃伦（Elizabeth Warren）和理查德-布卢门塔尔（Richard Blumenthal）在联名信中写道：“司法部绝不能与波音签署不起诉协议，让该公司得以逃避对其失败的企业文化及任何导致致命后果的违法行为承担责任。任何允许波音及其高管逃避追责的协议都将是一个严重错误。”
