During the meeting, the re-election of directors Yuan Li, Xiaohui Li, Shuang Qiu, Shaoping Lu, and Shang Wu was proposed and approved. Additionally, the issuance of approximately 2,014,872 Class A Ordinary Shares to all shareholders and 1,052,063 Class B Ordinary Shares to JD Liyuan Limited was proposed and approved.
