【#美图阿里18亿战略投资落地#，美图和阿里为何走到一起？】5月20日晚，美图公告宣布，与阿里签署2.5亿美元（约合人民币18亿元）可转债协议，双方将在电商平台、AI技术、云计算等领域展开战略合作。

5月21日当天，美图股价应声大涨近19%，收报7.02港元/股，股价创近7年新高，总市值320亿港元。而阿里港股以123.1港元/股收盘，上涨1.15%。

对美图来说，背靠阿里，AI电商业务会更有想象力。阿里图啥？有知情人士对记者表示，阿里更看重的是“美图三年向阿里采购不低于5.6亿元的云服务”，这也是公告中的合作条款之一。
