智通财经APP讯，国银金租(01606)发布公告，公司作为出租人与承租人海南华铁大黄蜂建筑机械设备有限公司于2025年5月23日订立本次融资租赁合同，据此，(i)出租人同意以代价合计人民币6.98亿元向承租人购买本次租赁物，及(ii)出租人同意向承租人出租本次租赁物，租赁期范围为46至84个月(本次交易)。
本次租赁物为位于中国浙江省杭州市上城区的高空作业机械设备。本次租赁物的账面价值合计约为人民币6.98亿元。承租人不单独核算本次租赁物的税前及税后利润。
本次融资租赁合同乃由公司于一般及日常业务过程中订立。订立本次融资租赁合同有益于增加公司融资租赁业务收入，符合公司业务发展策略。
