智通财经APP讯，华商能源(00206)发布公告，公司获华顺国际船舶有限公司知会，其有意根据资产结构调整的需要进行一项将其持有的所有公司股份出售的计划。华顺亦已知会公司，截至本公告日期，其已在公开市场出售1375.5万股股份。于上述出售后，华顺于公司的持股量已由1.74亿股股份(占公司已发行股本约5.38%)减至1.61亿股股份(占公司已发行股本约4.95%)。
公司预期出售计划(倘得以实现)不会对集团的营运造成任何重大不利影响。公司董事会将继续致力于现有业务的稳定发展及向绿色科技企业转型目标的实现，并将加强与股东之间的协同效应。董事会对集团的未来前景仍然充满信心。
