　　中国卫生集团（00673）复牌飙升逾114%，截至发稿，股价上涨114.28%，现报0.30港元，成交额270.09万港元。

　　中国卫生集团公布，向应伟旗下Ample Colour、应伟女儿应任斯旗下Perfect Link及邬琳玲共发行7亿股新股，占扩大后股本约52.3%，每股作价0.1港元，较4月30日收市价折让约28.6%。同时，公司按每10股供3股的基准发行供股股份，每股作价0.1港元，筹集总金额介乎约1470万港元至1500万港元。认购事项及供股之估计所得款项总额约为8470万港元，净集资约8090万港元，拟将当中约6530万港元用于偿付应付款项（包括债务及贷款等），约1560万港元用作营运资金。
