The diluted non-GAAP net loss per ADS was RMB0.99 (US$0.14), compared to RMB0.25 for the same period in 2024. Baozun's business is organized into two segments: E-Commerce and Brand Management. The E-Commerce segment comprises Baozun's traditional e-commerce service business, which includes mainland China's e-commerce operations, customer services, and value-added services in logistics, supply chain management, IT, and digital marketing.
