恒瑞医药（600276）公告，公司正在进行发行境外上市外资股(H股)股票并在香港联合交易所有限公司主板挂牌上市的相关工作。公司本次全球发售H股总数为2.25亿股，其中，香港公开发售4827.18万股，国际发售1.76亿股。根据每股H股发售价44.05港元计算，全球发售所得款项净额估计约为97.47亿港元。H股股票中文简称为“恒瑞医药”，英文简称为“HENGRUI PHARMA”，股份代号为“1276”。本次发行上市完成后，公司股份总数将变为66.37亿股，其中H股股东持股比例为3.89%。
