CMC Magnetics (TPE:2323) acquired 460,000 shares of Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing, or TSMC, (TPE:2330) for about NT$453.0 million.
The shares were purchased between May 13 and May 22, at an average price of NT$984.74 per share, according to a Thursday Taiwan Exchange filing.
Following the acquisition, the company now holds 1,808,000 TSMC shares valued at about NT$1.67 billion, representing 0.007% of the total shares.
