5月23日，联合资信公布评级报告，中国南方航空股份有限公司公开发行A股可转换公司债券信用评级获“AAA”评级。
联合资信评级报告认为，中国南方航空股份有限公司（以下简称“公司”）作为国内三大航空运输集团之一的中国南方航空集团有限公司（以下简称“南航集团”）旗下航空业务的唯一运营主体，跟踪期内继续保持突出的市场地位，机队规模、年旅客运输量、客座率等多项指标继续位列国内同行业前列。2024年，公司运力投入、旅客及货运运输量等主要指标持续恢复增长，航空客货运输收入同比均有所增长，主营业务毛利率水平同比略有上升；公司2024年利润总额扭亏为盈，但投资损失、期间费用等仍对公司利润形成较大侵蚀，且整体盈利水平易受航油价格波动、汇率水平等影响，2024年公司归属于母公司净利润仍然为负；公司在飞机引进方面仍将面临较大的资金支出压力。公司整体资产质量较高，债务负担仍重；公司短期偿债指标表现仍弱，长期偿债指标持续改善，融资渠道畅通。
