5月23日，吉宏股份（002803）发布公告，公司正在进行H股股票的公开发行，并计划在香港联合交易所挂牌上市。

公司已确定本次H股发行的最终价格为每股7.68港元，预计于2025年5月27日在香港联交所挂牌并开始上市交易。

2025年一季度，吉宏股份实现收入14.77亿元，归母净利润5916万元。
