百果园集团非执行董事孙凯辞任，焦岳接任其相关职务
百果园集团（02411）发布公告，宣布非执行董事孙凯因其他工作安排辞任非执行董事、董事会审核委员会及战略委员会成员，辞任自2025年5月23日起生效。孙凯确认与董事会没有意见分歧，辞任并无其他事宜需要向股东或香港联合交易所说明。
孙凯辞任后，公司董事会决定委任非执行董事焦岳为审核委员会及战略委员会成员，生效日期同样为2025年5月23日。当前公司董事会成员包括执行董事余惠勇、徐艳林、田锡秋和朱启东，以及非执行董事焦岳和独立非执行董事蒋岩波、马瑞光、吴战篪、张以德和朱舫。
