昨日晚间，小米自研芯片“玄戒O1”正式发布。小米在发布会上介绍，玄戒O1旗舰处理器采用第二代3nm先进工艺制程，190亿晶体管，芯片面积109mm²，实验室跑分突破300万。性能方面，玄戒O1芯片的CPU采用十核四丛集设计。其中，两颗主频达3.9GHz的Cortex-X925超大核，能够在处理复杂任务时提供更大动力；四颗主频3.4GHz的Cortex-A725大核以及两颗主频1.9GHz的Cortex-A725大核，可保障多任务处理流畅。此外，两颗1.8GHz的Cortex-A520小核则负责低功耗场景。
小米创始人雷军表示，在过去5年，小米在技术上约投入1020亿元，今年研发费用将同比增长超过30%，未来5年，小米将再增加2000亿元研发费用。
东海证券表示，根据集邦咨询，中国AI Server市场预计外购英伟达、AMD等芯片比例会从2024年约63%下降至2025年约42%，而中国本土芯片供应商在国有AI芯片政策支持下，预期2025年占比将提升至40%，几乎与外购芯片比例平分秋色，建议关注AI芯片相关产业链。
