#江西赣州通报法院重大错误判决#【#官方通报人在ICU写欠条法院判还钱#】近日，有网民反映江西赣州“人躺在ICU居然写下欠条法院判还钱”一事引发关注。5月23日晚，赣州市中级人民法院在其官方微信公众号发布了一则下级法院出现重大错误判决的情况通报。通报称，赣州经济技术开发区人民法院近期审理了朱某明与胡某青民间借贷纠纷一案，宣判后胡某青上诉至该院。经调查核实，上诉人胡某青并非本案借款人，一审判决认定事实错误。通报表示，“我院将依法纠错，对相关责任人严肃追责问责。”据上游新闻此前报道，2025年4月，赣州市经开区法院作出一审判决：该市上犹县东山镇南河村村民胡某青偿还朱才明两万六千元及利息。法院判案的主要证据是当事人提供的原、被告身份证复印件及一张胡某青所写、落款时间为2010年1月8日的借条。然而，2010年1月8日，东山镇村民胡某青躺在ICU病房内处于昏迷状态；出借人朱某明和介绍人刘某文查看胡某青照片后明确表示，他们不认识东山镇村民胡某青，东山镇村民胡某青不是借钱的胡某青。该案一审宣判后，胡某青的妻子向赣州中院提出上诉。（澎湃新闻 扬子晚报）
