Odaily星球日报讯 德克萨斯州议会于 2025 年 5 月 20 日通过《德克萨斯战略比特币储备与投资法案》（SB 21），授权州政府投资比特币。该法案已提交州长 Greg Abbott，若签署将使德州成为继新罕布什尔州和亚利桑那州之后第三个建立官方比特币储备的州。法案规定，仅市值连续 12 个月超过 5000 亿美元的数字资产可纳入储备，目前仅比特币符合条件。
