假设所有配售股份获悉数配售及待完成后，预期配售事项的最高所得款项总额及所得款项净额将分别约为1.20亿港元及1.166亿港元。配售事项所得款项净额拟用于增加对上游制造资源的投资，包括但不限于自建晶圆厂及加强与现有晶圆厂合作;及其他一般营运资金。
