宏利金融(00945.HK) 公布，发行本金金额为5亿加元、利率3.983厘并于2035年5月23日到期的定息/浮息后偿债券，发行债券的收入净额拟用作一般企业营运用途，包括投资于附属企业以及日后可能用于赎回现有证券。
该等债券直至2030年5月23日的固定利率为3.983厘，其后利率为每日以复利计算的加拿大隔夜回购平均利率加1.32厘。在监管部门事先批准下，宏利可于2030年5月23日或之后按面值连同截至赎回日的累计及未付利息，全数或部分赎回该等债券。
该等债券将构成后偿债务，与宏利不时发行及未偿付的所有其他后偿债务处于同等及同比例的受偿地位(按其本身条款设定为进一步延后受偿的后偿债务除外)。(jl/w)(港股报价延迟最少十五分钟。)
