Logitech Board Approves Boost to Annual Payout

Logitech International said its board of directors approved an increase of its annual dividend.

If approved by shareholders, the dividend would rise to 1.26 Swiss francs ($1.52) a share, up from 0.10 Swiss francs, the Swiss hardware designer said Tuesday.

The new payout represents an annual yield of 1.8% based on Tuesday's closing price of 71.72 Swiss francs.

Logitech paid $797 million to shareholders in fiscal-year 2025 through its annual dividend payment and share repurchases.
