2025年5月9日，中诚信国际公布评级报告，上海银行股份有限公司2025年第一期科技创新债券获“AAA”评级。
中诚信国际肯定了上海银行股份有限公司（以下称“上海银行”、“该行”或“发行人”）所处的良好区域经济环境、资产质量保持稳定以及拥有多元化的资本补充渠道等信用优势。同时中诚信国际也关注到上海银行面临的诸多挑战，包括国内外宏观经济环境变化对业务拓展和资产质量造成不利影响、经营区域同业竞争激烈、盈利能力和负债稳定性有待提升等。此外，本次评级也考虑了中央政府和上海市政府对该行的支持。
资料显示，上海银行的前身是成立于1996年1月的上海城市合作银行，1998年7月更名为“上海银行股份有限公司”。2016年11月，上海银行在上海证券交易所主板上市交易。
中诚信国际认为，上海银行股份有限公司信用水平在未来12~18个月内将保持稳定。
