据一位直接了解会议情况的人士透露，亿万富翁埃隆・马斯克于当地时间周四上午会见了美国众议院能源和商业委员会的共和党人，讨论能源问题和人工智能。

　　能源和商业委员会主席Brett Guthrie会后表示，马斯克与议员们的谈话聚焦于美国进一步发展人工智能所需的能源需求：“这是一个国家安全问题，我们必须解决它 —— 而且我们必须找到两党合作的方式来做到这一点。”

　　Guthrie称，会议期间未讨论马斯克未来在特朗普政府中的角色 —— 尽管马斯克已逐渐淡出公众视野。

　　“遗憾的是，我们没有足够的时间深入讨论这一点，” Guthrie说，“我们本来希望能讨论的。”

　　并非所有人都表示从与马斯克的会谈中收获颇丰。

　　“只是典型的人工智能话题 —— 我们如何需要能源，需要什么能源，以及如何获取能源，”共和党众议员Buddy Carter说，“说实话，有点无聊。”
