智通财经APP讯，中国海洋发展(08047)发布公告，有关本公司于2025年2月14日的清盘呈请，内容为仲裁有关的法律费用及其他费用及支出金额约 540万港元(未包括清盘呈程发出后的利息及䜣诉费用)，最终金额要待2025年5月26日的聆讯由法庭作出裁决。本公司今天已安排支付的资金约545万港元并已存入本公司代表律师的帐户。本公司将于2025年5月26日的聆讯上要求呈程人撤回该呈请。行政程序(包括但不限于向高等法院提交撤销呈请的同意传票)将由本公司及认购人的律师处理。
