周二美国WTI油价小幅走低，主要受美伊核谈与俄乌和谈不确定性影响，同时最新政府数据为全球最大原油进口国中国的经济前景带来谨慎预期。

　　欧洲洲际交易所7月布伦特原油下跌16美分，跌幅为0.24%，收于每桶65.38美元。纽约商品交易所6月交割的西得克萨斯中质原油（WTI）下跌13美分，跌幅为0.21%，收于每桶62.56美元。

　　伊朗最高领袖哈梅内伊通过迈赫尔通讯社表示，对美伊核谈能否达成协议持怀疑态度。德黑兰方面正在评估开展第五轮谈判的提案。

　　StoneX分析师亚历克斯-霍兹（Alex Hodes）指出，若制裁解除，两国协议将使伊朗原油出口量每日增加30万至40万桶。

　　油价上行压力还来自美国总统特朗普表态——其未准备配合欧洲对俄实施新制裁，而普京与乌克兰同意立即启动停火谈判。

　　但分析师认为，俄乌冲突即时解决的可能性微乎其微。尽管可能促使俄罗斯向市场增加供油，但受OPEC+义务约束，其实际放量时间与规模仍存变数。
