智通财经APP讯，望尘科技控股(02458)发布公告，董事会建议委任江雪颖女士(江女士)为本公司独立非执行董事，以填补梁先生退任后董事会出现的空缺。江女士的建议委任须待本公司股东于股东周年大会上以普通决议案方式批准，且倘获批准，将于股东周年大会结束时生效。于批准委任其为本公司独立非执行董事后，江女士将同时担任董事会审核委员会主席及薪酬委员会成员。
