5月23日金融一线消息，中国人民银行浙江省分行日前披露的行政处罚决定信息公示表显示，浙江杭州余杭农村商业银行股份有限公司因违反账户管理规定，违反清算管理规定，受到警告，没收违法所得9.801983万元，并处174万元罚款。

　　应某龙（时任浙江杭州余杭农村商业银行股份有限公司运营管理部副总经理）对该行违反账户管理规定负有责任，受到警告并被罚款6万元。

　　张某（时任浙江杭州余杭农村商业银行股份有限公司网络金融部副总经理）对该行违反清算管理规定负有责任，被罚款5万元。
