【中国神华：拟29.29亿元收购财务公司7.43%股权】金十数据5月23日讯，中国神华公告，公司拟以自有资金通过非公开协议转让方式收购控股子公司朔黄铁路、准能公司及包神铁路合计持有的国家能源集团财务有限公司7.43%股权，交易价格合计为29.29亿元。本次收购后，财务公司股权结构变更为国家能源投资集团有限责任公司持股60%，中国神华持股40%。按照财务公司2024年净利润35亿元及本次收购后中国神华持股比例40%预计，中国神华年度合并财务报表中归属于公司股东的净利润将增加0.97亿元。
