华创证券近日发布研报称，IMM0306治疗SLE已于2024年10月完成Ib期试验完成首例给药，预计将于2025年中读出全球首个巨噬细胞疗法治疗SLE的临床数据，并进入II期；预期2025年下半年公司将递交美国IND，扩展全球市场。IMM0306治疗NMOSD已启动Ib期临床试验，预计将于2026年中进入III期；治疗LN预期将于2025年底或2026年启动II期临床。
国元国际则表示，宜明昂科于2024年8月与InstilBio签订授权及合作协议，授予其在大中华地区以外独家研究、开发及商业化IMM2510和IMM27M的权利。公司将获得最高达5000万美元的首付款和近期付款，以及最高达21亿美元的里程碑付款，还将获得按全球销售净额的个位至低两位数比例计算的特许权使用费。IgG1Fc可以激活ADCC，ADCC增强型抗体旨在诱导免疫抑制的PD-L1+肿瘤细胞的直接杀伤。虽然VEGF/PD-（L）1双抗竞争较为激烈，但公司的结构设计优势明显，有望取得更优异的疗效。Ib/II期非小细胞肺癌临床试验已在中国启动。
